Alan Lee

I am a first time, single homeowner who was terrified about making the biggest purchase of her life. I am incredibly thankful to my realtor, Alan Lee, for not only putting up with me through the whole process, but providing knowledgeable feedback about the industry and making me realize that yes, I can do this. Without Alan Lee, I would not have realized the dream of homeownership at 28 years old. He had so many opportunities where he could have given up on me as I cast my doubts and worries upon him, but he stayed with me until the end and found me a home that I am proud to call mine. My favorite thing about Alan Lee is his superior communication skills. He was always there and willing to answer my questions (and I had many!). His sense of humor was a huge comfort to me as we went through several houses that weren't "the one". I also would like to praise his incredible follow up! Every week, he sent me new listings, learning exactly what my dream home would look like from my feedback. He told me to imagine myself in my ideal neighborhood and I emailed him a paragraph describing what it would look like...and he found that neighborhood, house style, and everything for me. I could go on, but I highly recommend this agent to everyone looking to buy or sell their home! You cannot go wrong.
