Hello Buyers and Sellers, Let me start by saying, if I could give Alan Hill a 10 star rating, I would! We were in a difficult situation, trying to sell our house in Connecticut while living in California. This is not an easy task, especially since there were over 450 homes for sale in our CT town! From the first moment I spoke to Alan on the phone, he was always respectful and courteous. He reassured me that we WILL sell our home, it may take some time and effort, but it will get sold. He reminded me of this every so often which provided me the confidence and security to trust him. One of his philosophies is that he will treat the small seller/buyer the same as the big seller/buyer. We were selling a smaller, less expensive home- but that did not stop Alan from hosting 3 or more open houses (with food and drinks for anyone who came). He hand-delivered hundreds of flyers to neighbors and posted the details on the internet. He sent us videos of himself so we could "meet" him, took pictures for our listing and even posted the first drone video (of our house) that this town had ever had!!! If that isn't enough, he was always available by text, phone call or email. He was very knowledgeable about Connecticut laws and regulations, even recommending and advising us of things to PREVENT anything from causing delays or problems. If there was ever something he didn't know he was quickly researching or calling someone for the correct information to pass on. He even went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor by helping coordinate landscaping, house cleaning and snow removal. He would be at our house to let plumbers and other workers safely inside (and of course making sure everything was all set when they left). Thank you Alan for being so knowledgeable, honest, realistic and optimistic. Your respect and professionalism shows in everything you do. I never thought I'd say this- but selling our home was FUN!!
