Alan has been helping me find a home for about six months now. My experience with him has been outstanding. Honest and Knowledgeable Realtor I had a very positive experience working with Alan from start to finish selling my home. He gave great advice and was quick to respond to numerous concerns and questions. He was able to help contact contractors when needed and went out of his way to meet with them as I no longer lived in the area. It was winter time and Alan checked on the house to be sure the heat was working and shoveled the walkway when needed. He was very flexible and accommodating. Alan knows the real estate market. He set the price to attract immediate interest and within 3 weeks had 2 potential buyers in a bidding war which resulted in the home selling above the list price. When the home inspection revealed some unexpected repairs needing immediate attention Alan helped coordinate with various contractors to make sure everything was completed on time.
