About Alan

So how did a Nebraska farm boy come to own a Real Estate office? Sorry space is limited! Suffice to say that he was raised on a dairy farm and worked long hours. His dad's philosophy is that "nothing is achieved without hard work" and Alan adopted that philosophy early in life. This probably nurtured his ability to put difficult transactions together and to always strive to make the deal work for buyers and sellers. After 50 years in Real Estate, seven of them managing someone else's office, he thought it was time to cultivate some new roots (that old farming mentality), thus Exclusive Homes Real Estate

It was a great experience from start to finish with the sale of the house.

From the beginning the house was priced right so there were many showings during the holidays when it is normally a slow time. When we needed a few minor repairs, Alan had people lined up to do them. I'm so grateful for the outstanding job and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Alan with his years of experience was able to circumvent the trials and tribulations of a reverse mortgage on my Mother’s home.
