This is the fifth time Alan has worked with me on buying or selling. He has acted as my agent not just buying and selling my houses he puts time and work into getting everything repaired or replaced as needed to get the best price for me regardless Íf purchasing or selling. At 82 and having bought and sold many houses as an investment or residence I have worked with many realtors/Agents and of the numerous ones I have worked with Alan stands head and shoulders above them all. His knowledge base on building and construction is outstanding. His knowledge of the real estate industry and laws are vast. I would trust him to act in my best interest in selling or buying any real property. I have done just that as I had to sell my residence in Nevada while in Alabama with medical problems and couldn’t return to Nevada. Alan handled everything for me and I had not one problem.
