I saw a business card for Mr. Dolce on my mom's dresser after she passed away. I called Mr. Dolce & told him of my mother's passing & he informed me that he was the person who sold my mom her house. I asked him if he could be our agent to sell her house & he accepted the offer right away. He was very compassionate, helpful, friendly, nice. He had alot of knowledge about the market. He was able to sell the house in a couple of months. The communication was awesome & quick even though we lived out of state. The transition was easy to sign documents via computer. I really appreciate Mr. Dolce so much for helping me sell the house in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I'm grateful for all his services.
