Alan Aronoff

My wife and I relocated from Vancouver, WA to Tucson, AZ for a work promotion. We found Alan online through a house that he had listed. We emailed him to ask some questions about the home and began emailing back and forth about others. We described to Alan the type of home we were looking for in terms of distance to work, style, neighborhood feel and price range. Within minutes Alan responded with a great list of homes for us to check out. By the time we were ready to make a quick (less than 1 week) house hunting trip Alan had arranged for us to look at close to 20 different homes, and had no issue with us adding some that we had found on our own. His quick response times and understanding of our needs made us confident that Alan was the realtor we should go with. My wife and I only had about three days to look at houses and Alan cleared his entire schedule and gave us three full days worth of his time. He was very flexible with changes to the schedule and drove us from place to place. Within three days we had three houses that we were willing to make an offer on. We made an offer on our favorite and Alan worked very diligently with us and the buyers while we were back in Washington. When it came time to negotiate price and other considerations with the seller, Alan worked quickly between us and the buyer and offered excellent advice based on his 29 years of experience. Alan also had excellent recommendations on VA loan officers, inspectors and termite inspectors. We've used Alan's list for other projects since we've moved in and have yet to be disappointed. We really enjoyed working with Alan and have him to thank for a home that we absolutely love. If and/or when we decide to move again, we plan to use Alan to help us sell our home. I cannot recommend Alan enough.
