A realtor, a chef, and a traveler all walk into a bar, and that’s just the first guy! Actually, it’s me, Alain Brodeur. I’m a 3rd generation realtor from the beautiful area of South Florida, where I was born a raised. I currently live and work from Ft. Lauderdale all the way to the West Palm Beaches. Aside from working in real estate, I enjoy the culinary arts! So, If I’m not helping people find their dream home, I’m following my passion, making people happy with food! Early in my career I traveled all over, learning things about diverse cultures and different walks of life. Any traveler will tell you, one of the biggest perks of visiting new places is the local cuisine! It was by this manner that I fell in love with cooking. Flash forward a few years and I’m now a successful chef that sells dream houses on the beach! Or wherever else your dream house may be!
I pride myself as a local expert, which allows me the ability to provide market trends, as well as use them in a way to make elevate my customer's experience in knowledge and in wealth. The disciplines of being a chef have provided me with real world training, that translates into ease of mind for my customers. Not to mention full bellies!
The best part of what I do is easily meeting new people. I’m a very passionate individual, and I care deeply about my role as a realtor because it allows me to truly help people. Aside from preparing delicious dishes and helping families to lay down roots, I have a tremendous love of music and food, which allows me to contribute to the personal experiences that I provide for clients and customers. I firmly believe that my skillset allows me to connect with all sorts of different people all over the world!
My number one focus is on my Customers. To me, customer focus means putting my customers' needs first, as it should it with any business that strives to be successful. The customer experience is an area that always needs constant nurturing and care and, which is why I place a greater focus on the overall experience my customers have.
