When I requested to view the unit, he was able to set up my appointment for the next day along with other units in the condominium building so that I can to see multiple listings all at one time for my convenience. As a first time home buyer, Al gave me honest information and was "real" and honest with me from the get-go. If you are a first time home buyer, Al will guide you every step of the way. I had many, many questions and Al would even step out of his meetings to answer my phone calls. By nature I am a worry wart and was also dealt a many wrongdoings from my lender, Wells Fargo. Al's calm, cool and collected attitude reassured me everything was going to be alright throughout this process. Al is truly 5 Star!

Al had listed our condo during the worst of the CVID-19 times when nobody was venturing out. He supervised the way we should show the condo in photos and how we should phrase the write-ups. He coached us on what the market value was and how we should price it. Everything came out super and we were shocked at how soon it sold.
