With Al's advice and help, our house looked good enough to get an offer on the first day. And then a second offer. He negotiated with the agents and got us an even BETTER offer. We ended up getting about 3% more than we were asking, which we were NOT expecting at all, given the market conditions and the sale of our neighbor's house. And after we were under contract, everything went incredibly smoothly. I was worried the entire time that something was going to go wrong, but Al continually reassured me that we'd make it happen, and we did. It was a pleasure working with Al and his wife Sandie, and I'll be recommending Al every time someone I know is selling (or buying) a house.

This was a big decision and a bit of a daunting process, as we were looking up in the foothills where septic and wells are a thing, internet can be hit or miss, property can be of varying quality, etc. We didn't know where to start, but wanted someone with knowledge of mountain properties. Like I said, this whole process was not simple, and every step of the way I was worried something was going to go off the rails, but Al kept the train on the tracks and dealt with our neuroses during the house-buying process. He was always responsive when I had concerns or questions, and when issues arose, he was on top of them immediately. While we were waiting to close, my parents were in town and I wanted to show them the house. Al took the time out of his Saturday to drive up and show them around the house! The friend who recommended Al had purchased in the heart of Denver, and after our experience, I can confidently say that Al can help find a house anywhere from urban Denver to the rural foothills communities and everything in between.
