Having been in the business of buying and acquiring properties for almost thirty years, never have we found a more diligent and well versed professional. He more than met our time critical requirements for a recent 1031 property acquisition exchange that left us with ample time to make a sound and rationale decision. He also helped to simplify what can often be a complex and overwhelming endeavor. Henceforth, we no longer consider the 1031 process a foreboding option because of the smooth and efficient manner and means in which it was handled by Mr. Mejia.

Al was fantastic! When we were looking for a realtor, we found that all of the other realtors were an extreme-used car salesman, flashy, old school, etc. Al was none of those. He was straightforward, but very kind, considerate and patient as well. He had the ability to take complex documents and break them down to us using common language, both in English and in Spanish. I think the best attribute is that he gives his customers peace of mind, knowing that he will work tirelessly to get everything done on time. He did all of that in a very human manner.
