Akos Straub

My girlfriend and I worked with Akos when looking for a new place together. We needed to relocate because of my job. We were referred to Akos by a buddy of mine who had worked with him in the past and gave positive feedback. Akos and his team did a great job of keeping us informed on everything, they also found us a ton of nice homes to choose from. He was always easy to get a hold of and he made the whole process much easier for us. Honestly, I don't even know how to put into words how amazing Akos was with our entire process of both buying our dream home and selling our current home. What seemed like it would have been an uphill/daunting and even impossible task, Akos breezed through it with a smile and constant reassurances. Any time my wife and I felt stressed or uneasy about any portion of the transactions, the move or even the sale of some of our furniture to the new buyers of our home, Akos was there with a calm demeanor and put his words into action. He never BSed us. He sold our home within 4 hours of it hitting the market (above our asking no less) and he got us the deal we wanted our new house. We aren't seasoned vets when it comes to property purchase but we've been here before and I can tell you that Akos was far above any agent we've ever experienced. Cheers to Akos and his assistant Kendra (who was a rockstar in her own right!!!) I will recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Chicagoland area.
