Ajeenah Crittendon

In 2017 Ajeenah took me to see the Sage Community by Shea...it was time for me to get back into the market. Working together under the buyer/seller agreement, Ajeenah guided me to accomplish my goal successfully. Fast forward to spring/summer 2021 as it was time for me to move forward relocating out of CA. We moved quickly, swiftly and worked together from start to finish. For those who think they know so much about real estate, regulations, etc. best to think twice because on the other end of every sale there's a little government entity--the IRS, rules and regulations. Work closely and partner with your real estate agent, especially with Ajeenah who is honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy; be honest with her and she'll get you to your goal successfully.
