Ajay was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process of buying my home. Ajay really knows his stuff and advocates for his clients to save money whenever possible. He is also very connected and hooked me up with great financing and a good inspector who thoroughly vetted the quality of my house. This inspection eventually helped me get an additional 4k off of closing costs. The other good thing about Ajay is that he isn’t too pushy. He understands everyone has a different situation when buying a home and he is flexible with his time and prioritizes getting you into a home that you’ll love. Finally, Ajay always has suggestions for handymen, mortgage, insurance but ultimately lets you make the decision for yourself based of your own research.
