We had a very rushed dead line looking for a starter home in a certain school district. With out his help and being so on top if things I don't know if we would have got the house that we got. The entire process from start to finish took roughly 3 months and 2 months of that were just trying to find the right house. Very good home buying experience would recommend Ajay to anyone.

Ajay sold my home in Galloway, OH. The sale was a short sale and the lender was not realistic in its assessment of the value of the home nor where they particularly cooperative or easy to deal with in any way. Ajay worked very hard to get the short sale completed. He was extremely patient and professional. He definitely went above and beyond expectations. Had it not been for Ajay's assistance the bank may have foreclosed instead of finally accepting the short sale at a reasonable market value price.
