First of all, It was a pleasure to have known Ajay as a person. Initially, I do not have a favorable opinion of realtors as I worked with couple before. But, Ajay proved differently. He never pushed to get the listing and helped me a lot before the listing. Even before I signed a contract with him, he shared wealth of knowledge about the market that other realtors would never do. I thought of renting the place at first and it needed repairs, Ajay readily agreed to take care of it even though He knew he wouldn't be able to list the place. When the renting didn't happen, I needed to upgrade the place to sell. As an out of town Seller and the house needing upgrades, Ajay took care of coordinating with different contractors (for Granites, Tiles, backsplash, lawn mowing and repairs) and keeping them on time and on budget, he mostly did the negotiation with them. He even paid out of pocket which I later reimbursed. He developed a trusting relation.<br/><br/>Once the upgrades are done, we listed the place and got an offer on the FIRST DAY at the LISTING price.
