AJ understood the character of the house and what our needs were as sellers. He demonstrated detailed knowledge of the area and its highlights and marketed our home properly; our home was under contract within a week! He and his team were responsive and reliable. He managed every step, giving us sound advice when warranted and information when crucial. AJ being a licensed contractor gave us faith that the requested repairs would be completed properly and timely- he himself completing a lot of the work. He made a typically stressful process basically painless. We seriously can't recommend him enough.
