Aimee did an amazing job in selling our house. Her prep work to get our house ready to sell, including her beautiful staging and her knowledge of what would present our home in the best possible light was the best it could be. One thing we were worried about was having people in our home during the pandemic. Aimee set and followed a very safe screening and showing protocol for prospective buyers and agents and we felt at ease with this process. Aimee's communication with us was excellent at all stages of the process, from the prep, to the showings and through the offers and closing process. We were always kept informed and asked for our input and feedback. Thanks to Aimee we received multiple offers within a week, and in 9 days accepted an offer over the asking price. The escrow process had a few bumps along the way but Aimee handled each and every one of them professionally and competently to get us to the closing, negotiating along the way and always protecting our best interests in the sale. She also has a great assistant, Diana, who was very helpful with the process as well. Aimee was also very compassionate and understanding of our attachment to our home, as we pulled off the market two days before the listing was to come out the first time. Thanks to her kind help we were able to work through that reluctance and ready ourselves and we listed a month later after she helped us through that period. We are grateful that we chose Aimee to be our agent. Her knowledge of the neighborhood helped us get the best possible offer, even after the same model of our home closed around the corner for a much lower price.
