Aimee is amazing! We first sold our house with Aimee, and then, after being extremely pleased, we bought our next home with Aimee. Aimee was always available to our questions and her response was lightning fast. When she didn't have an immediate answer, Aimee moved heaven and earth to find an answer for us. Aimee’s extensive network helped across the process of selling / buying a house in a stress free way. We even had to be out of town at the time that all inspections had to be done , and Aimee took care of that! Aimee was always organized with the things that needed to be done , always on time for meetings ( and we met a lot) and was always on top of next steps. Highly recommended!

Aimee was referred to me from a good friend who was also in Real Estate so I knew I was in good hands from the beginning and she did not disappoint. As a first time home buyer with a smaller budget, I'm sure Aimee had more important clients, but Aimee always made me and my family feel like we were her most important buyer. Aimee was super helpful in every aspect of our search, from finding a home that met all of our needs, helping us get financed quickly with her preferred lender, helping us navigate the offer process and closing process and even helping us out with referrals for skilled labor for some upgrades prior to moving in. Aimee and I also developed a great report and I would go as far to say friendship over the few months she helped us look for our home, I actually missed talking to her on a daily basis because we had a lot of funny back and forth text conversations. Aimee did an amazing job in selling our house. Her prep work to get our house ready to sell, including her beautiful staging and her knowledge of what would present our home in the best possible light was the best it could be. One thing we were worried about was having people in our home during the pandemic. Aimee set and followed a very safe screening and showing protocol for prospective buyers and agents and we felt at ease with this process. Aimee's communication with us was excellent at all stages of the process, from the prep, to the showings and through the offers and closing process. We were always kept informed and asked for our input and feedback. Thanks to Aimee we received multiple offers within a week, and in 9 days accepted an offer over the asking price. The escrow process had a few bumps along the way but Aimee handled each and every one of them professionally and competently to get us to the closing, negotiating along the way and always protecting our best interests in the sale. She also has a great assistant, Diana, who was very helpful with the process as well. Aimee was also very compassionate and understanding of our attachment to our home, as we pulled off the market two days before the listing was to come out the first time. Thanks to her kind help we were able to work through that reluctance and ready ourselves and we listed a month later after she helped us through that period. We are grateful that we chose Aimee to be our agent. Her knowledge of the neighborhood helped us get the best possible offer, even after the same model of our home closed around the corner for a much lower price. Aimee Swanson is the only realtor I will work with moving forward. We were selling our Carlsbad home, we put it for sale in April 2019 (with a different realtor) and we had a tight time table since we wanted to move and get settled to our new city before school started in mid August. After a few months with no movement on our home and no serious offers, we brought on Aimee Swanson as a co-listing agent. Our experience with Aimee was completely different and refreshing. First off, Aimee believed in our home, loved our home, and her enthusiasm when speaking of our home was contagious. She made us want to buy our own house. We LOVED working with Aimee when we sold our Carmel Valley home. Immediately I had a great feeling about her, felt very comfortable and knew we were in good hands. She was so attentive throughout the entire process. We would hear from her every couple days (if not daily) with an update. If I ever had a question, I’d hear back from her immediately. Even if there wasn’t anything new to report, she would remind us of the timeline and any upcoming deadlines. She was very knowledgeable and excellent with handling repairs and negotiations, standing firm when needed. Even though selling a house can be stressful, Aimee made it as pleasant and easy as possible. Now that we’ve sold our home, I will miss talking to Aimee on a regular basis. She was so much fun to work with and made it a very enjoyable experience.
