But she made sure that we understood everything about our decision. She ran comparisons for us to help us prior to making an offer on the home so we felt comfortable with our offer decision. When our appraisal came in right on par with her comparisons, we felt great about her abilities and our decision with our offer price. The whole process was around 35 days. We received over asking price. Another house in sub went for sale 2 days before ours. Amiee ensured us that would not be a problem and it wasn’t. The pictures that were taken sold the house before anyone had to look at it. Smooth transaction and very happy with the outcome.

When I first told Aimee that I wanted to sell my island property I knew she’d be the right person. She sold my brothers property almost immediately! And to me it seemed like she could sell anything!. I made arrangements with her to visit the island, view my property and to meet my cousin who lives on the island. She took beautiful pictures which I saw and definitely approved of. She was very knowledgeable about me getting a survey. She asked if she could raise the price a little more. I loved that part because she knew the value of the property to begin with with a beautiful lakefront shore of over 200 ft.². She went to the island again on her own and follow through on everything that she said she would do for me. I was very happy with the way she treated me and was extremely professional.
