We settled on a price which was the lower of two options she gave me to list at. But she had said market was shifting and I agreed with her cause interest rates had jumped up a lot and market was cooling off. Had a offer in a few days and just closed on house with a very good offer. Aimee priced the house higher then we had talked about 6 months earlier telling us market has moved up and she was right. Offer came in way higher then we thought it would and we where very happy with that. House went up for sale on a Friday and had 3 over ask offers on Sunday so that was great
