I met Ailine a year ago when the idea of purchasing a home in LA started to become more of a reality for me. We ended up in escrow on my dream home in May of 2022, and through that process Ailine made everything seamless and had always answers and solutions for every concern. As a first time home buyer you need a real estate agent who is patient, understanding and works with you without being too pushy. Ailine is all that and more. She worked with us months together to help us find our first home within our budget and telling us the pro's and con's of every house we looked at. If she thought something was not a good deal, she was kind enough to let us know unlike other agents out there who are out to close the deal asap. She gave us great suggestions on which neighborhood to pick and guided us through the complete home buying process. Me and my wife will definitely work with her again and highly recommend.
