We were on a time crunch so when a possible option showed up, Aiden made himself available to show us. Once we found something, Aiden suggested an offer to compete with multiples. After that Aiden was there to answer any question and help with the process until we got the keys.

I was very impressed with Aiden from our first meeting. He was confident and knowledgeable about the real estate in my city and neighborhood. He was open and honest and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he found it. Aiden was also very personable. He didn't waste my time or his. He got to work right away and seemed to make selling my house a priority. I felt Aiden was very trustworthy and he respected me as a person and not just a paycheck.

I bought the condo unseen with his help. He helped me at every turn and answered or found the answer to all my questions. With his assistance I purchased my new home and am very happy with my new condo and new agent. He is a keeper.

I've been working with Aiden to find my retirement home in the area to be near my family. A process the initially was only supposed to be a few months, turned into 2 years. Aiden never gave up. He continually sent me listing after listing. He asked what I was looking for in a home and found one ideal home after the other. I was having difficulty selling my home in California for numerous reasons, and most were out of my control. Aiden NEVER gave up on me and eventually everything finally came together. However, in the escrow process for the home I was selling, the buyer kept changing things up at the last minute and I had already made an offer on the home in Ohio that Aiden found for me. That was in jeopardy and Aiden kept everything together. He's tenacious when it came to my best interests. I cannot say enough, how hard he worked for me, and in my opinion, went above and beyond to make my dream come true. I have my home near my grandchildren now, and I have Aiden to thank for it. I cannot say enough good things about him to do him justice. But if you're looking for an agent who WILL ABSOLUTELY help you through a stressful process of buying or selling your home. If you don't use Aiden. You aren't getting the best.
