Aida has a great personality. I really appreciate her dedication and commitment to her work. However, there is something I would like to discuss it here. Unfortunately we purchased the house way higher than our expectations, even with the crazy priced induced by Covid. The house was initially listed @ $540,000, then we were able to close the deal at $500,000. Cutting 40,000 has a meaning. It means this is not the real price, and it is absolutely fake. Assessor office listed this house at $390,000. Aida said she was not able to get any price in the neighborhood while assessor office was a reliable source to get any sort of information.
