Aerial was absolutely amazing! Hands down this sell would have never happened without her commitment to me as a buyer. My dream home went on the market and after 4 months of negotiations, several declined offers, an attached and difficult seller - she executed beyond my imagination!! 120k down from original asking price and note we were not the highest offer. Aerial and her teams professionalism and attention was consistent, down to her preferred attorney to her assistant Jordan. Everyone went above and beyond to sell the seller on me being the perfect buyer but most importantly Aerial cultivated a genuine relationship with everyone involved. We were scheduled to close in 30 days, Aerial’s persistency and urgency to push her team to close the deal 6 days sooner, prior to christmas, was the best gift to not only myself but the seller! Aerial was an outstanding advocate and mediator during the process of purchasing our new construction this year!
