As a first time homebuyer, Aerial eased all of my concerns and questions by thoroughly communicating through the entire process. She also helped me to develop a realistic plan for buying my home. I purchased my home while living in another state and Aerial was able to be present at the home when I wasn’t able to do so. I would 1,000% recommend Aerial and I plan for her to be my realtor for my future purchases as well!

I dont even think I could possibly find the words to describe our experience working with Aerial. She was simply amazing from our 1st conversation. She was very knowledgeable of what to expect throughout the entire process, and exactly what she prepared us for we went through but she was there guiding us every step of the way. She was such a breath of fresh air and I was CONFIDENT that we had the right realtor working with us. Aside from being professional, she was very welcoming and friendly. She would call or text frequently to check on us to see how we were making out with the things or paperwork needed to continue the process. She was in constant contact with us. We started the process in August, by November 4th we were at the closing table. I mean, she was a God sent to help us purchase out 1st home. She was not only our realtor but she became our friend. Hands down, she is the absolute best realtor for the job!!!

This buying experience was easily a 12/10! Aerial started this process by helping us sell our first home and then guided us through the purchase of our upgrade. From the moment we contacted her, she was fully committed and always readily available to help with anything we needed. We thought it might be a bit tricky to sell our previous home while locking in on our new construction at the same time, but she made everything feel seamless. She walked us through the process ahead of time so we understood the timeline and what needed to be done to keep things moving smoothly. Throughout the build, she stayed on top of the weekly updates from the builder and supported us in addressing any concerns that came up. I truly can’t recommend her enough for your buying and selling needs!
