Adrienne helped me purchase my first home and I'm extremely satisfied with the work she did to help me get it. Being a first time buyer I wasn't too sure how to go about getting everything done. I had an idea of the location I wanted and what kind of living space I wanted but wasn't sure what kind of size and rooms I would like to work with.<br/><br/>On the first day of home viewings we saw a few homes in the area that I wanted and she was able to gauge my reactions to each home and what exactly I wanted. The next day she was able to come up with a list of homes that we would take a look at and that's how I was able to find my house.<br/><br/>When it came time to doing the negotiations she was all over it, she was able to get the previous home owners to get the house in perfect living conditions and the price down to where I needed it to be.<br/><br/>Anyone I know will definitely being getting a referral to her from me.

I highly recommend Adrienne for your next home purchase. Not only is she extremely friendly, but she is very personable. She made our home buying experience the best it could have ever gone and even though the government threw some rough patches here and there she never made us feel like we were not going to get the home we wanted. As first time home buyers we did not know a whole lot about owning your own home and what things should be found in a "normal" good condition home. Things that we may have looked over she pointed problem areas out and had the best contacts with inspectors and other companies to make sure our home was safe and up to date for our new little bundle of joy.
