Adrienne sold my Dad's house a few years ago and the family was very pleased with the outcome, so when we decided to come back to NC after retirement, we contacted her. I have used numerous realtors on other properties. Adrienne was without question the most responsive realtor I've ever dealt with. I asked for information regarding comps and five minutes later I got it. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very helpful with providing contractors for possible work. Additionally she was able to obtain estimates on necessary repairs, and are hell me to assess what the estimates should be.

She had our house pre-appraised, a strategy on listing date and showing opportunities, staged it a bit in person and virtually. She was spot on with recommended updates an inspector might catch. This house went under contract in a day and closed in a month. I felt like we got top dollar, and Adrienne was very responsive!
