Adrienne has over 30 years experience in the business of buying, selling and renovating homes. Every listing and every buyer commands my full and undivided attention. I provide Concierge Services, and I go the extra hundred miles in every effort to deliver a stress free and memorable buying or selling experience to my clients... YOU. My experience is vast, having undertaken many flip projects partnership with investors, extensive renovations for myself and as a private consultant to clients, as well as having consulted with seasoned and serious investors. I inherently understand multiple facets of this business, and am able to offer guidance, education on the current market trends and conditions, extensive knowledge of real estate which spans a broad spectrum from finances and numbers, to the aesthetics and options for change, for thinking outside the realm of the obvious to make your dreams come true, and finally my personal a thirst for successful transactions to surpass my dedicated personal goals. The most important thing, always, is YOU - my client, my customer, and in the end, my friend. Your trust, your commitment, your satisfaction and ultimately your new home and the happy moments you create in it are my goals for us as a team. If there is no sense of complete satisfaction and mutual appreciation, then the "deal" was only half successful. My business is ultimately about creating relationships. I think outside the box, creatively and fiscally, and can offer real solutions and options when faced with challenges in buying or selling your home. Most importantly, is my absolute love of the business. As far back as I can remember, watching with fasciation as my father drafted foundations and supports for large structures, and being allowed to tag along to the job site. I am so fortunate to be a working part of an industry so dear to me. I connect not only to the people and the homes that I work with and for, I connect to the dirt, the windows, the floorpans, the finishes and fixtures and finally to the decor. A true professional.

As above a true professional but because of the complexity of the SALE of my late brother’s condo it involved several other extraneous organisations it became a problem for her but we both weathered the storm and it came to a successful conclusion. It did not help her in the fact that he was a foreign investor and I a foreign SELLER.
