Adriane Westland helped my husband and me sell our house after getting us into a great new house for our family. From day one I knew I could trust her judgment, given her experience. The list of things we needed to do to get the house ready was pretty overwhelming to me, but Adriane broke it down and helped me sort out what was urgent and what could wait so it wasn't all at once. She knew a great stager and contractor, and through them we found a great handyman, and she timed it just right and priced the house just right, and we ended up with a price well above asking and a relatively short escrow. I would definitely recommend her, and would use her expertise again (but I hope I don't have to move ever again!).
