My experience was great! Adriana worked with me on a personal level as well as a professional level. I lived in the house for 14 years and my children grew up there. So many memories and my true comfort place. She did not rush me to get the house ready to sell, but rather I felt like I set the pace with her encouragement nudging me along. She was very thoughtful and supportive as I worked to leave the house and start a new chapter in my life. Her knowledge, expertise and again her professionalism showed through when she put my house on the market. It sold in a week and I got a bit above my asking price! I was thrilled. She readily makes herself available and is easy to talk to. Adriana's response to my house search was enthusiastic and she was genuinely interested in finding the perfect match. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and it's intricacies. If there was something she did not know she readily sought out the answer or person who could provide it. She is serious and steadfast and also possesses a lovely sense of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend Adriana to anyone searching for their new home.

Very knowledgeable about the market and helping to make the process of selling a breeze. Answered questions in a timely manner, along with having all my documents done.
