Hello! I'm Adrian Taipe (Tai-pé). I was born in Lima, Peru but later moved to Tampa Bay at the age of 15. I come from a hardworking immigrant family that instilled values and strong principles in me that have allowed me to appreciate all of the relationships I've built over the years. I have an extensive professional background with over 10 years in Sales and 4 years in Property Management. That passion and strive to work well with people has shaped me to become a licensed Florida Realtor and part of the Greater Tampa Bay Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. My business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. As a Tampa native, I have intimate knowledge of the surrounding areas and a strong desire to make my home your home. I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and personally. Looks out for you & lets you think for yourselves!

Adrian went above and beyond for us. Not only was he thoughtful and thorough and a hard worker with his house searches, he helped to protect us from suspicious last-minute forms we were getting from a particular investment company that was selling a home. He is highly communicative, even if he says he’s taking a break! Friendly and upbeat, he was a joy to comb through a house with- giving just the right balance of his thoughts on important features we should know about while not being too talkative in order to let us figure out how we feel about a place ourselves, too. Overall I highly recommend Adrian as your real estate agent. He will look out for you like a friend!
