Adrian Foley

Adrian has helped me immensely on three separate occasions. He found me two different rental opportunities that were excellent experiences and ultimately was our realtor on the purchase of our first home. In all 3 times he was very proactive in sending potential homes along with any advice or expertise he might have. He was incredibly prompt in replying to any emails or questions we had and took us on numerous showings in every case trying to narrow down exactly what we were looking for. When he helped us find our ideal home he was able to help us through the entire process and gave excellent recommendations for home and title insurance and refinancing options when the time came a few years later. He was always friend, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Adrian for any home purchase, rental or sale opportunity.

My wife and I worked with Adrian Foley in the past to lease a condo, buy and sell our first home, and buy our second home. He is a true professional who goes far above and beyond the competition by providing top quality service and information. His legal background as an attorney was invaluable in guiding us as a real estate agent over the course of four transactions. His marketing and sales skills made all the difference when it came time to sell our first home and make a move across town. We always felt we were in good hands. He is always available, attentive, and anticipating our real estate needs. We're fortunate to have worked with a great realtor whom I look forward to working with in the future. I highly recommend Adrian to anyone looking for a true professional to assist them in the sale or purchase of their home.

We have used Adrian Foley’s service in the past to sell our primary residence and to manage the occupancy of an investment condominium unit. With Adrian’s local knowledge of the area he suggested an asking price that ultimately resulted in several offers within a matter of weeks and was able to negotiate a sales price that matched the price we had set as a goal. He showed extraordinary attention to detail and aggressive follow up with potential buyers to accomplish our objectives in an efficient amount of time and we would never hesitate to use his services once again should the need arise.

It was a pleasure to work with Adrian. He is an expert in his field and was a professional from the beginning to the end of the process. Thanks to him we were able to find our home and he made the process smooth and was always available to help us with any questions or reassurances. We had a truly great experience working with him. He was patient, attentive to detail, understanding, and overall an excellent agent to work with. I recommend him to anyone that I know looking on the Miami market, and we will absolutely work with him again if we ever decide to move.

Having bought and sold many properties over a lifetime, I would rate Adrian as the best realtor we ever used. Incredible responsiveness and superb knowledge. He actually told us the narrow range in which our condo would sell, and we received the exact mid-point of the range. It was substantially higher than we thought we could get.
