Adolfo came recommended by the agent that sold our house Palmdale. There were a lot of variables to deal with, the toughest being we were still living in our beautiful house in Fontana. Adolfo paid to have our house cleaned and even sent his son to help us move some boxes to the garage. After a slew of interested buyers viewed our house, we received an offer within the first week of marketing our property. Two weeks into escrow the buyers pulled out, but Adolfo presented us with another offer 2 days later! The new buyers were getting a VA loan, which required specific conditions be met. Adolfo helped us find contractors that completed the required work in time for us to close escrow in just 30 days. Adolfo is great to work with. He is patient, kind and highly effective. We ended up selling our home for $15K over the listing price!
