Two weeks into escrow the buyers pulled out, but Adolfo presented us with another offer 2 days later! The new buyers were getting a VA loan, which required specific conditions be met. Adolfo helped us find contractors that completed the required work in time for us to close escrow in just 30 days. Adolfo is great to work with. He is patient, kind and highly effective.
