Adel is incredible! He made the process of listing, showing and selling the property easy for us. Adel is very detailed, always kept us informed and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be calling on him again when we are ready to make a move!!
Adel demonstrates excellent market knowledge with a good sense of the positives and negatives of my property. As well, hewas very helpful to focus me on the primary areas to work on prior to showing the house.
Moving from out of state can be very stressful, however, Adel made the transition so much easier. We attempted to look at places on our own, thinking – “we’re only renting, it’ll be easy”. Well, it was not! After our first condo walk thru, it was apparent that renting a condo in Miami requires a Realtor. We received a referral and called Adel from the parking garage of our first visit. Adel took down our info, interests and scheduled a face to face meeting in 2 hours (he already had a list of places for us to review). From day one, we appreciated Adel’s professionalism and attentiveness. Adel did a great job finding condo buildings that appealed to us, negotiating with the owner’s realty company and giving us recommendations on cool things to do in Miami!
Adel was wonderful. He sold our home in 3 days!!! He was diligent and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn't have asked more from an agent.
After some research into successful local realtors, I met with Adel Alonso of KellerWilliams, and the decision to list was easy!! Adel’s hands-on approach with my professional photos, marketing, and honest feedback on showings paid off! My house sold in 12 days!! Adel was always available and supremely professional. It’s often said that selling your home is one of the most stressful events in your life; Adel handled all the details making the experience truly enjoyable! Choose Adel to list your home; you won’t be sorry!!
I put my house on the market Winter of 2019. I decided to list my property with The Decillis Group. I met Adel Alonso and Pat Decillis and after some discussions decided to list with them. Adel was my primary contact during the sales period. He kept me inform consistantly. He calmed my nerves as selling is stressful. I have over 30 showings in a 6 weeks period. Adel was always just a phone call away and guided me through the stress of showing my house that many times. As luck would have it, my first offer fell apart. However, 6 weeks later the same people came back with a second offer and a contract was signed.Adel Alonso is a Professional. I am very happy with the hard work he put in on my behalf. I would recommend Adel to anyone who asked me for a reference.
Our experience with Adel was like no other. He was very friendly, always willing to meet with us and answer any questions I had. He is also very knowledgeable and patient which is amazing since the process of buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming. He got to know our likes and needs and always was available and on time. Thanks to his help we are happy homeowners.
Adel was recommended to us by a family member that had used him to act as selling agent for thier home. Adel proved to be an energetic, conscientious and thorough in his effort to sell our home.He was a true professional from listing to sale. When our closing was in jeopardy as a result of the City having misplaced an inspection approval twenty years ago, Adel spent hours digging through old hard copy files until he found it. He is the consummate professional. He kept us appraised of the progress in the selling process on a daily basis.Adel was always available and prompt to return our calls.I would not hesitate to refer / recommend Adel to anyone interested in listing thier home for sale.
