Great work Adel! I wanted to provide an authentic review of Adel Alonso and team. Adel is a professional, reliable and resilient realtor. He helped sell my home in Broward County in record time. This is a testament to the work and effort with communication, follow-through and behind the scenes paperwork that comes with these types of transactions. I highly recommend Adel if you are buying or selling your home.
Adel was extremely attentive to all details involved in the process. Kept me continually updated and was always accessible if I had questions. I felt very confident in his ability, knowledge and his genuine concern that I experience the best outcome possible.
Adel was our agent for the sale of our home, and we couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. He and his partner Denise were knowledgeable and extremely professional, and our experience was great from the first time we met with them. They provided excellent upfront estimates of what we could expect and what we needed to do, and fully open communication throughout the entire sale process. We are buying a house in Gainesville with a contract that was contingent on this sale. Adel went out of his way to keep our buyers agent informed about the sale, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend Adel if you are looking for a real estate agent in South Florida.
