We did quite a bit of needed home repair before putting up for sale and Addora had all of the referrals (roofer, electrician, plumber, exterminator, tree trimmer, etc) and met all of them at the house to manage. I am an hour away so this was very helpful and all got done on timely basis. Home sold for more than asking price as Addora thought it would. We are very appreciative of her expertise and managing the home sale.

I am the attorney for the Trustee of a trust where the owner died and her house had to be sold. The Trustee listed the property with Addora, who went above and beyond to make sure the house was presentable prior to holding open house showings. She supervised installation of smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and met the Gas Company technician for service.
