I was very impressed with Adam Wade's knowledge of the process. This was the first time I sold a house and had many questions which Adam responded to promptly. So much paperwork that he was able to explain. We had an online closing which was very helpful to me as I have health issues and didn't need to be around others. Adam was awesome, my fiancée and I were in a position that we needed to get a house as we had out grown our apartment. We had tried 3 other real estate agents and it wasn’t looking good. That is to say until Adam came in the picture. Adam did waste our time, he was always looking for us and finding us houses that matched our criteria. When it came time for offers for the purchase, the process was so easy and stress free. He actually put in a lower offer then I was originally going to go with and protected me. The man’s heart is good and when it come time for selling if that ever happens and or buying, I now know who to go to. You won’t be disappointed with him.
