Adam Swann

We listed and was sold TWICE, within days of being on the market. Couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable agent!

Adam is great to work with. Very knowledgeable; helped me with patience in every step of the way, including all my silly questions. I had to leave the country for my mom's funeral, and he kept working with me while I'm away. Best of all, the house was sold fast with great price.

Adam checked on me regularly, and answered my calls at all times of the day. His experience with the market allowed me to make top dollar.

I can’t thank Adam enough. He sold our home so fast. He is so knowledgeable about the market and super competitive. He gets you top dollar and won’t even entertain low ball offers. He answers any questions and always has the answers. Super positive!! He won’t beat around the bush, he will tell you straight what needs to be done, said, etc. Choosing Adam made our house selling experience a breeze. Thank you Adam!!
