I was buying a home in a hot market, and I didn't have lot of knowledge. Adam listened closely to my needs and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. It was very clear to me in our conversations that his first priority was supporting me to make the best decision possible, and that's exactly what you want in an agent. As we conducted our housing search, he was efficient and professional, but he never pressured me into anything. He armed me with knowledge about the market and each house, and he made sure I was aware of all the pros and cons of each decision I was making. When we found right house for me, Adam went above and beyond to make the deal happen. We were one of the first people to see the home before a weekend of 20-30 showings, and he was able to convince the seller to skip those showings and go with us. My offer was reasonable, but it wasn't incredibly high. The seller went with us because Adam gained his trust through clear communication, respect, and empathy. Buying this home was far smoother than I could have expected, and it's very clear to me that this wouldn't have gone nearly so well with a different agent. Without Adam's unique skillset, I very likely would have paid far more for my home (or not even have been able to get it at all). Think of any horror story you've heard of about realtors--Adam is the exact opposite of that. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and always on top of everything throughout the process. Adam was an amazing asset during my home buying search. His communication between me and the sellers (or selling party during an offer) was masterful. Being a very nervous home buyer, Adam was there and readily available to give me advice and help me relax. As soon as we found the home that I wanted to make an offer on Adam was on top of the game.
