I recently bought my very first home with Adam's help, and he consistently impressed me at every step of process. I had a lot of trepidation going in. I was buying a home in a hot market, and I didn't have lot of knowledge. Adam listened closely to my needs and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. It was very clear to me in our conversations that his first priority was supporting me to make the best decision possible, and that's exactly what you want in an agent. As we conducted our housing search, he was efficient and professional, but he never pressured me into anything. He armed me with knowledge about the market and each house, and he made sure I was aware of all the pros and cons of each decision I was making. When we found right house for me, Adam went above and beyond to make the deal happen. We were one of the first people to see the home before a weekend of 20-30 showings, and he was able to convince the seller to skip those showings and go with us. My offer was reasonable, but it wasn't incredibly high. The seller went with us because Adam gained his trust through clear communication, respect, and empathy. Buying this home was far smoother than I could have expected, and it's very clear to me that this wouldn't have gone nearly so well with a different agent. Without Adam's unique skillset, I very likely would have paid far more for my home (or not even have been able to get it at all). I feel very grateful to have been able to work with Adam, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Adam has done an excellent job for my home purchase! He constantly went above and beyond and has brought so much value which made my purchasing process successful and smooth. Adam has seasoned knowledge in real estate market. My timing to buy a home coincided with Covid19 during which it’s a strong seller’s market with super low inventory. Adam analyzed the market situation and provided much needed insights regarding to location, timing, and negotiation strategies. With his strategy, I was able to win the house in a multi-offer situation within my budget! Adam was a buyer agent for me, but the work he has done was more than that. He managed the overall process like a project manager, and took care of the details as much as he could, which let me be able to focus on my family and work while buying a home. There were tons of tasks and deadlines for me to meet during the process. He kept track of everything and proactively worked on them, which has saved me from so much stress. I’m a first time buyer and had many questions for the home buying process. I’m so grateful Adam patiently answered all my questions and he was able to explain thing to me in layman language. He always responded very quickly and sometimes already answered my future questions before I even asking! I believe his great communication with me, seller, lender and other parties is a key to my purchasing success. In my option, Adam is super effective, trustworthy, helpful and creative. I highly recommend Adam. My husband and I just closed on our first home and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. Think of any horror story you've heard of about realtors--Adam is the exact opposite of that. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and always on top of everything throughout the process. He took us through the entire process step-by-step and has a network of outstanding contractors, inspectors, etc. to help you feel like your purchase is the best one possible. He is very personable and uses this to his advantage when/if working with difficult people on either side of the table as well, which really helps the process go as smoothly as it can.
