Adam is an amazing agent. I have always been skeptical that real estate agents are out to list and sell the house to whoever will be a “buyer” vs finding the right buyer and marketing to that specific client. In order to make the sale work, I needed to sell for ~$40k over our agreed on aggressive list. I always have been skeptical when agents say we price agrees I’ve to drive bidding wars or if we price too high we may miss out on buyers. That said, Adam knew how to list exactly. He then came thru on the other side negotiating with the buyers agent to minimize the unnecessary deposits and fees to make the transaction work. Adam was a delight to work with. This was our first time buying a home and we had no idea what we were doing. He had amazing advice during our first walk-through, helped us put in an offer a day after seeing the house and while he, himself, was moving, helped us negotiate with the seller to get us the best deal and really in the end was the main reason we got this house that we absolutely love! He even braved horrible Bay Area traffic after hours to get us our keys the Friday we closed so we could enjoy the house for Father's Day and snag our movers! He put up with our frustrations, confusion and all our questions, everything! I would definitely work with him is we sell our place and to help us find another. Phenomenal services.
