Adam was GREAT! As an inexperienced new home buyer, he walked me through everything I needed to know. He gave me honest opinions and assessments of each house we looked at (which was a lot). Adam never made it seem like he was annoyed with how many house we wanted to look at in one day. He made sure we found a house we LOVED. He was very responsive - I never had to wait for a text or call back. After a couple houses he knew exactly what we were looking for and would send us listings he thought we would like as soon as they hit the market. Adam is very flexible to work with - which was helpful with our hectic work schedules. Once we found a house we loved (which unfortunately already had another offer) he was able to negotiate with the seller to get us the house within our budget! After the sale even kept us updated with texts while we waited 30 days to get into the house! Highly recommend.
