Purchase of our new home in Ruskin

We are very pleased with the service we received from Adam of Atlas Realty for our home purchase. As new comers to Florida and real estate in USA, the home buying process would have been daunting had it not been for Adams support, knowledge and professional approach both with us and the builder and support team. From finding and viewing potential properties, pointing out issues that needed fixed in our new build to explaining contract and legal information. He was always available and made the home purchase easy. He knew exactly what we were looking for as he listened when we explained what we needed. Beyond his expertise, Adam Is amicable, kind and genuine in his approach. He answered all of our questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring we fully understood the process and why it was necessary. We are so glad we chose Atlas Realty for our real estate process needs. Adams knowledge and experience, combined with his dedicated consistency before during and after made an otherwise stressful event smooth and successful. I highly recommend Adam from Atlas Realty to anyone looking for first class genuine real estate services!
