This was the third time we've used Adam's services, and all three times we've done far better than we had anticipated. His commission was more than covered because of his market knowledge and negotiating skills. It's not often that something truly pays for itself, but this is one of those rare times that it's true.

Adam was very patient, attentive and aggressive with finding a home for our family. Due to the lack of inventory in the market, the process took even longer.
