Adam Flinchbaugh is the best agent we have ever entrusted with the sale of our home. He has excellent knowledge of the market. He assessed the situation, provided a solid sell recommendation and his team developed a professional winning marketing plan. The photos and brochure were top notch. His team provides great insight into what it takes to sell your home. They answer all your questions and provide guidance every step of the process. If you want to sell your house quickly at a good price, I strongly recommend you team with the Flinchbaugh RE/MAX Patriots team.

We cannot say any better things about candy other than she is truly wonderful. She was always so responsive and on top of everything for us during our first home selling experience. She is so knowledgeable and personable!! We can’t wait to work with her again.

Jason is AWESOME! He is knowledgeable and super helpful. I've used him before on another property. I appreciate him being down to earth & straight forward. He'll provide you with all the info, but leaves the decisions up to the client. I have even recommended him to other friends & family.

We were very happy with the experience that we had with Adam and his team...from the beautiful photos, eye catching brochure coordination of showings, everything was done in an excellent way by a talented, professional team.

They made the sale fast and easy. Great listing photos and info.

Brad was amazing to work with. He is full of knowledge and straightforward. Brad was patient with us since we had so many questions for him. He was always available when we would reach out. Thanks to him for selling our house in days over asking!

Our experience with Candy Nelson has been impeccable. She has been there for us in all phases of the sale even when we got discouraged she was right there to pick us up with optimism.

Adam is fast and Effective. He sold our house in 4 days. Very Professional. He treated us great. Adam kept Us up-to-date with everything we needed to know. I would recommend ADAM and his team to anyone who wants to sell their house fast. Adam even got us $5000 over asking price. Fantastic and Professional.

Working with Candy Nelson as both the seller agent of my existing home and the buyer agent of my new home was absolutely phenomenal. Candy is extremely professional, detailed-oriented, very timely, and I cannot express enough about her being attentive to our needs throughout the entire process and beyond. Our experience working with Candy was beyond 5-stars because she was able to provide a resource recommendation that we implemented to solve an issue we encountered when we faced a barrier that could have caused a larger problem had we not taken her advisement. I would recommend Candy Nelson to absolutely anyone who is in the market of selling an existing house or in process of purchasing a new home. Candy = AMAZING and all about Successful Results.

Adam is very knowledgeable and professional. Great team to work with.

Adam was excellent! He was very professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He’s also backed up by an extremely talented team. One last important point - Adam has access to a number of 3rd party resources, which were very helpful to us. We highly recommend Adam!

Mike was our buyer's agent and was great to work with. He was extremely responsive throughout the process and kept us updated at all times. He helped us work through the details of our offer and set us up for success in a competitive purchasing process. His team was also very helpful as we prepared for settlement. Settlement went very smoothly thanks to Mike, Adam, and the Re/Max Patriots team.
