I wish I could give Adam and his team 10 stars. As an out of state resident selling my parents home, I was extremely grateful that Adam was able to provide me with the names of contractors, and at times, coordinate the work for the repairs and curb appeal required for the successful sale. When an unforeseen issue arose that threatened to derail the sale, Adam's professionalism and communication with the buyer's agent and my estate lawyer kept me reassured that we would have a successful sale despite two settlement delays.
