This was my fourth time buying or selling a property with Adam. Needless to say I trust him or I wouldn’t have hired him so many times! The initial reason I chose Adam originally in 2009 was because he struck me as an honest, forthright straight shooter. That can be hard to find in the real estate business. That initial impression proved to be spot on. He is absolutely honest and trustworthy. Additionally, he knows the market very well. He predicted the selling price of my property, the timeline, the type of buyers, the level of buyer interest, the key selling points of the property, and a couple of cost effective steps we could take to get the best price. All of these predictions turned out to be exactly right. I was very impressed. So you get all of this honest knowledge, but what is also amazing is that he and his team (in particular, Jill) are detail oriented and very responsive. You won’t have to wonder if they are covering all the bases and if you have any questions they will answer right away. Don’t bother looking any further for an agent—just hire Adam and trust him—you won’t regret it.
