She effectively handled all the issues that came up during the process, initiated action to resolve problems and helped calm me down when new issues arose. Margot has great ability to anticipate concerns, suggest responses and expedite repairs, etc as needed. The agency does an excellent job of marketing the property, keeping the information supplied fresh and dotting all the i's and crossing the t's as needed to move the sale process along.

She was able to understand the home I was looking for and lead me to many options while always being supportive "If this isn't the right one, it's ok. It will happen" . When looking at different locations, Kristin made the time so everyone in my family could see the home before we decided yes/no even though we could not all come at the same time. She never was bothered by this. Yes, we did find a great new home and she made the second half of the process just as easy. Signing the forms online was much more convenient than needing to meet to sign the initial inevitable changes. Once the P&S was signed by all parties, Kristin made sure to check in and see how I was doing with preparing for the closing. The was my second experience working with Kristin. The first time was more emotionally challenging - both her professionalism and compassion for the situation was second to none. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing the guidance of a realtor.

Dow Realty understands the area and the relative strengths of the market in the various parts of the market. They are also very responsive to questions or problems. In our case, their advice not to lower our selling price after a slow period turned out to be very good.
