Martha is fantastic to work with, as is the entire Dow office. They have a team approach, which is great when things are time sensitive. Things get done quickly and efficiently. Martha was fabulous as our buyer's agent. She understood exactly what we were looking for and with exactly 1 showing, got it for us! She helped guide us through a long negotiation process, was able to get necessary information from the sellers and was very responsive to our questions. Also, she directed us to a local auction house and thrift store we could use to get rid of things that were included with the condo but we didn't need. Overall an excellent experience and would use her and recommend her over and over again!
